Important Information
Our Policies

Please review before booking to help us deliver a smooth, safe, and beautiful experience.
Space Approval
Homes and Airbnbs require prior approval. A video or photo of the space must be submitted before your appointment.
Payment & Deposits
Full payment is required for packages $300 and under. Other bookings require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due 3 days before the event.
Setup Guidelines
No guests are permitted in the setup area during installation. The space must be clean and ready upon arrival.
Cancellations & Credits
Full refunds are issued only if A&H Celebrations cancels. Client cancellations are non-refundable but may be converted into transferable credit.
Layout Policy
Designs are optimized for hotel rooms, suites, and intimate spaces. Larger spaces may require a custom quote.
Safety & Service
A&H Celebrations may pause or discontinue service without refund if guidelines are not followed or the setup environment is unsafe.
